3 OF MY FAVORITE Basketball Shooting Drills (All Competitions)
Below is a list of the three basketball shooting drills we covered in the video as well as a short description: 1. The Race Around The World: For this one you have to make 2 shots before you can move on to the next spot and the first person to make it around the world wins. It's in a shoot and follow format and there are 5 spots. 2. The Focus Shooting Drill: The next shooting drill you have to make 2 in a row from each spot. You can't move on to the next spot until you make 2 in a row. This is a timed competition. 3. Shoot and Follow Threes: For this drill you're going up to a certain number. For example, first person to make 10. Then you are just shooting from the 3 point line, following your jump shot, passing to your opponent, and then relocating outside the 3pt line again. The first person to make the goal wins. Ok guys, so I hope you go our there and try all three of these basketball shooting drills! Let me know what your score is on The Focus Shooting in the comments below and I'll talk to you soon!
