Efforts Increase in Africa to Halt the Crime of Rape

As rape cases increase in some African countries, one leader says enough is enough, and is vowing to stamp out this crime. Sierra Leone’s president recently declared rape a national emergency and is warning that anyone caught having sexual relations with a minor could face up to life in prison.
