Orphaned Bear Cub Nursed to Health at Russian Care Center

An orphaned bear cub found in a Russian forest is being aided back to health, according to staff from the organization that rescued it, the Orphan Bear Rescue Center.

The bear, named Masha, has been nurtured with milk and now has three other rescued cubs to play with.

The staff at the center, which is located in a village in the Tvar region, say that man-made disruption is often the reason why cubs like Masha become orphaned.
